This is a good initiative on part of the cabinet. I think people should realize that programs like these not only enhance Nepal in international arena but also establish early platforms to fight against the episodes of rampant climate mismanagement which may prove extremely harmful for Nepal. We need to appreciate this.

I disagree with many people here. This is a interactive initiation from Nepal and we must appreciate this. I understand that people of Nepal are not access to basic food, electricity, and water but this is our problem. The climate change is global problem and Nepal should show they are aware of this problem and take initiative.
