According to the interview with Kantipur, Ms Begam was right, however, it would be better that if Kantipur ask for the interview to the respective CDO, so that we know from both sides.
All know that Nepal is poor country because it was dictated by the king for a long time, after that dictated by poor politicians and it is very clear that there is always corruption within the nepalese government office and surroundings. I have got experience that how the CDO behaves in Terai, while I was in Biratnagar. They are in the post but for not the public, they are there for their bloody money, they only thinks themselves, not for the people. There is vast corruption, there is no doubt, it is 100% correct. Therefore, I believe that Ms Begam was right otherwise, why the CDO couldnot came out into the media?
I suggest the Kantipur TV, it would be better that if Kantipur TV interview with the CDO.
