Would you please make a report for standared charterted bank who is considering themself standared and high performace bank.In this Dashain I was there for opening account and came back without filling forms.I Saw lots of people coming there with complaints while i was there just for 2 hrs for nothing. Nam matra ko standard kam bhane Nepal Bank ko bhanda pani khattam lagyo. I like the infrastructrute but i don’t like the way of working there. And i have seen the staff of standard chartered bank talking in the phone to their family and relatives more than giving service to the customer. I wait there 2 hour to open the account but they are so slow so i just came back. And there was one lady in a higher post just talking to her family asking khana khayo? k gardai? k tarkali khayo? like such a stupid conversation for a long time. And she took half hour just to type one name and phone number. I don’t understand why they are doing there? Just to spent time and get salary at the end of the month. I didn’t found them they are there to help for the customer. Could you please visit lazimpant’s branch office so that you can also notice the same. Ramro building ra tie laidai ma standard huncha bhane mero bhannu kehi chaina. Typing ra phone ko sahi upayog garna najanne pani standard charttered jasto bankma karmachari hudo raicha tesaile the usko slogan standard raicha. I have been to other bank also but this is the worse service i have seen ever seen in my life.

I would like to request Kantipur TV to explore the inner side of the Airport. I am happy that the old trolley are replaced with new one and appreciate that….but even now they are not sufficient.
Just go and look at the Toilet inside at the airport. so disgusting and messy. hardly one or two tap works other’s are gone. there is no liquid soap and no paper towel….now, how can you be aseptic in such condition and maintain your health. Ya I saw at the departure lounge,there is maintained toilet, at the time I departed from Nepal, not sure about now. but the toilet in arrival lounge is so septic and dirty.
There is only one run way for the domestic and international fly which is disgusting. ok, let’s say there is no accident happened till now on the run way but still that is not safe due to increasing air traffic. Government of Nepal please allocate some fucking budget in this area since you will be getting lot’s of revenue from tourism, mind it. We can still develop our airport as a transit to different destination country, in that way we will also be able to make money. There are plenty of place to maintain and plenty of place/opportunity to improve the airport. Please look on that matter, not to mention about the front gate, hai ta.
